About Me

Hi, I’m Ruth, owner of Solis Reflexology, a recently qualified reflexologist and mother of two wonderful young girls.

It’s my life experience and passions that inspired me to open my own holistic therapy business. From doing a massage course in India, Reiki in Spain and qualifying as a first aider & ambulance crew member for the British Red Cross, coupled with my career as cabin crew. I have always sought out ways of caring for others through health and relaxation along with excellent customer service.

So, it only felt natural for my next career move to continue my life’s passion in a meaningful way and train as a reflexologist, not only my favourite treatment to receive but a way of restoring health and balance in others.
